We would love to host your next event. The Diamond Valley Arts Center is the perfect location for seminars, receptions, weddings and vurtually any event. Our theatre seats approximately 110 comfortably. With our beautiful Gallery, professional staging and lighting and unique downtown look, our Venue is the perfect choice to add class to your next event.
Our Center is equipped with everything you need to make an impactual presentation, show a movie, project graphics or simply add that professional touch to your event. No matter what your needs are, we can assist you in making your event stand out.
The Following are some descriptions of our fes:
Basic Use Fee: Covers the costs of all utilities plus administrative costs. This fee may be waived if all activities including setup and cleanup occur during the regular hours of operation of the Diamond Valley Arts Center (DVAC).
On-Site Support Fee: This fee includes access to the facility, assistance with setup and cleanup and minimal technical assistance (i.e.; house lighting, microphone, stand and sound).
Tech Support Fee: Required for event setups, events and preliminary rehearsals where multiple microphones, floor monitors, stage lighting and spot lights, etc. are needed.
Cleaning Deposit: The refundable cleaning deposit may be waived at the discretion of The Diamond Valley Arts Council.
The user of the facility will be invoiced for the full amount of the fees as specified on the Facility Use Agreement. Payment must be received a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled activities unless other arrangements have been approved.
